Selected Professional Experience
  • Representation of the design-builder in connection with a public-private partnership with the State of Connecticut to redevelop, operate, and maintain Connecticut’s 23 highway service plazas. Provided wide variety of services, ranging from contract drafting and negotiation to extensive dispute resolution (litigation, binding and non-binding ADR).
  • Represent multiple municipalities in connection with full range of construction-related disputes arising out of a variety of project types.  Services include counsel for procurement (including front-end bid document and contract drafting and defense of bid protests), ongoing advice during the design and construction phases and representation in connection with any disputes, including mediation, arbitration and litigation.
  •  Defended national insurance companies in connection with numerous coverage disputes, including medical stop loss, group health, life and disability policies and TPA contracts See., e.g., Citizens Communications v. Trustmark Insurance Co., 303 F. Supp.2d 197 (2004).
  • Representation of a developer in connection with the appeal of 63 statements of compensation filed by a housing authority in connection with an eminent domain proceeding.   Housing Authority of the City of West Haven v. CB Alexander Real Estate, 107 Conn. App. 167 (2008)
  • Defense of an appeal of a statement of compensation filed by a municipality. Peter Rock Associates v. Town of North Haven, 59 Conn. App. 1 (2000)
Representation of a large telecommunications company in a wide variety of tort, contract and other commercial litigation, including many trials to verdict or judgment.

Emergency Notification

In the event of an emergency, school delay, closure or early dismissal, notification is made to the following:

Ø  Radio Stations:WEBE 108 FM (107.9), 600 AM, 99.9 FM

Ø  TV Stations : WTNH – Channel 8, WNBC – Channel 6 and 30, WFSB –  Channel 3

    In addition, the information will be posted on the TPS home page and on Twitter.

Medical Symbol for health moduleEach pupil, before initial enrollment in the Trumbull Public Schools shall have had a health assessment. In addition, each pupil enrolled in Trumbull Public Schools shall have a health assessment at least once in each three year interval: in grade three, in grade six, and in grade nine.
