Dear Parents and Guardians, As you are aware there is extensive road construction scheduled for the Strobel Road area. This state funded project will greatly improve the safety of the road. This work is expected to continue through 2021. The Board of Education has worked closely with the Town to ensure that the safety of all students is the number one priority. With that being said, at times we can expect that all vehicular traffic in the Strobel Road area will be delayed. This may impact school bus transportation to all schools. Traffic patterns and detours have been established to limit the interruption to the transportation of our students to and from school. You can get updates on the project on the Town website and Trumbull Public Schools website. Detours and two week look aheads can be found here. We encourage students to utilize Trumbull Public School buses to and from school to help alleviate traffic and congestion. Please plan accordingly. This meeting is intended to share the construction phasing of the project with the community.

Anyone interested in obtaining further information may attend the meeting and/or submit comments to the Engineering Department PE – Town of Trumbull, 5866 Main Street, Trumbull, CT 06611.
