- The 2008 New Powder Puff Football Game will be held at Trumbull High School's McDougall Stadium on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008 at 6:30 PM. Everyone is invited! Come and support the 2009 Senior Class and the Post Prom. The Snack Shack will be open. Tickets are available at the gate. Adults- $7 Students- $5
THS Clothing Sale... (click to open)The PTSA is sponsoring a THS CLOTHING SALE. Please view and download the order form for Senior ’09 clothing as well as clothing and other items for all students, parents, staff, and community members. Please order before November 15, 2008 to receive items before the holidays. Orders will be accepted after that date and throughout the school year. Payment is required with your order; see the order form for instructions. Pictures of the clothing will be posted here soon!
Nov 18 - Underage Drinking Forum (click to open)Ninth Grade parents and/or guardians AND students are asked to attend a forum addressing underage drinking and legislation passed on October 1st, 2006 regarding parental responsibility as it applies to alcohol consumption and misuse.

- Attention Powder Puff Particpants - The team lists for the 2008 New Powder Puff Football Game were posted in the Senior Lounge on Monday, 11/3. The next practice is on Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 5:00 PM on the field directly behind the tennis courts. If you did not attend the practice on 11/5, you MUST attend this practice. The third practice is before the game on Nov. 19.

- In an effort to promote more efficient parking throughout this coming school year, we are asking for your cooperation. The first row in parking Lot #2 and the first row in parking Lot #4 have now been reserved for faculty parking. Please refrain from parking in these areas. This will make a more beneficial use of our limited parking. Your understanding is most appreciated.
After 8:15 a.m., new traffic patterns will be in effect. Vehicles will enter the school grounds using the main entrance ramp on Strobel Road and exit using the ramp in front of the gymnasium area at the front of the building

Students in about 100 Connecticut high schools, including Trumbull High School, will take part in a new 12th grade state-level mathematics and reading pilot program for the NAEP next year. The NAEP is the largest nationally representative assessment of what American students know and are able to do in a variety of subjects. The results of the NAEP are called the Nation's Report Card because they report the educational progress of students across the nation.
- NAEP Overview:
- Main Subjects to be assessed: Reading, Mathematics, and Science
- Students to be assessed: A sample of Grade 12 students
- Typical Assessment Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
- Assessment Window: January 26 - March 6, 2009
