RULES
The government of this Council shall be, with the advice and consent of the body, vested in the Executive Board, which shall consist of the officers, the immediate past President, the President of each member unit or their representative, and the Superintendent of schools or his representative.
A simple majority of the Executive Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business of the executive board.
The voting body of this Council shall consist of the officers, the immediate past President, the President and First Vice-President of each member unit, the Principal of each member unit, three duly elected delegates from each member unit or their alternates, the chairpersons of all standing committees, and the Superintendent of schools or his representative.
Each position is entitled to one vote regardless of circumstances of existing co-chairpersons. Members are entitled to one vote even though they may be in more than one position.
One voting member from each unit and a majority of officers shall constitute a quorum at for the transaction of business at any meeting of this council.
All regular meetings of this council shall be open to members of the community, however the privilege of making motions, debating, and voting shall be limited to the voting body.
