Attention Parents/Guardians:

 

Please consider including a Well Wish to your 5th grader in the yearbook. This is a brief message from you (and/or any special family member/friend) to the student congratulating them for all they’ve achieved in Elementary School and wishing them well in Middle School.

Please complete the form below, return in an envelope labeled “Yearbook Well Wishes” and include $3 per wish. This will help with the costs of the 5th grade activities. Please limit the number of wishes to three per student at 25 words or less per Wish. If you have any questions, please contact Adele Torri at 459-8547. Thanks for your support.
