As our 5th graders enter their final year
at Jane Ryan, we’d like to commemorate these special elementary school times in
a yearbook, but…
we
need your help in making this possible!
We appreciate your timely
attention to these requests since we have printing deadlines we need to meet in
order to receive early bird discounts. Please fill out and return these forms:

In addition to these forms,
please send in pictures to be included in the yearbook. These should be candid
photos of at least a couple of students at school events and activities and
should be from their Kindergarten through 5th grade years. Please
send us originals with the students’ names and the year on the back in an
envelope labeled “Yearbook Photos”. You will not get these back so please make
copies. Also, for those students who did not attend Jane Ryan for Kindergarten,
please send in a small picture (1 ¼ x 1 ½) from their Kindergarten school
or a candid picture from that year.
Thanks to Darren Bosik, the Jane Ryan website will have a 5th
grade activities web page for announcements, updates, forms, etc…
