Artwork Form

Attention Fifth Grade Artists:

Please use the space below to draw some original artwork to be featured in the yearbook. We’d like to include at least one piece of artwork from each student. Please draw pictures with school related themes (for example: school supplies, school activities, anything that reminds your of Jane Ryan, etc…)

Here are some guidelines: use colored pencils or markers, and sign your name by each piece of artwork.
