AirWatch Weather Station is part of the Worldwide School WeatherNet
Program and is an innovative teaching tool that brings real-world
applications into the classroom and creates a learning environment
that excites students about science, math and geography. This
powerful program will provide our teachers with practical
uses of both the Internet and today's latest classroom technology.
It incorporates an advanced weather monitoring system with
educational software, and customized curriculum. Our weather
data will also be available to the community via the Internet,
local TV news and on "WeatherBug".
Download "WeatherBug", the cool, FREE
desktop weather program for your PC computer. WeatherBug provides
instant access to live, neighborhood weather conditions from
participating schools (soon to be our school), personal forecasts,
storm warnings and alerts, weather Cam images, radar pictures
and more. If you like to know what the weather is doing, WeatherBug
is the program for you.
To download WeatherBug, go to http://www.weatherbug.com/aws/index.asp
and click on the "Download" button, and follow the
instructions. WeatherBug will only accept one registration
per computer, so be sure to pass this address along to family
and friends using the "Share the Bug With a Friend"
e-mail form that is found on the lower right-hand corner of
the Bug.
