Please be aware that the final reminder for the grade 6 physicals and immunization update have been mailed. Please do not wait to receive that letter to arrange for your appointment or to have the blue form completed and handed in to the Health Office. Please contact the School Nurse, Constance Glenn RN, MSN at 203-452-4461 if there are any questions or concerns.
