The Build-a-Tray Program is to teach and encourage students to take their full lunch. Each Elementary School has a large signage showing the Build-a-Tray. On the serving lines are coordination number, shapes and colors that match the Build-a-Tray signage. As the student pass through the serving line they can match the foods with the number, shapes and colors offered on the serving line to full their school lunch tray. Which will provide 1/3 the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance).
