PTSA News & Information

We need your help preparing, planning and producing the Post Prom which will be held on June 5th, following the Senior Prom. Our theme, CELEBRATE, will cover memories and milestones for our seniors from kindergarten through graduation.

We are looking for seniors and parents to create individual "cardboard students".  We need head shots of students of any age, kindergarten through senior year, approximately 8x11 in size.  Samples will be available at meetings.

Post Prom meetings will be held at the Hillcrest Middle School cafeteria @ 7:00-9:30 pm on the following dates:  5/24, 5/25, 5/27, 6/1, 6/2, 6/3.

Post Prom set-up at Hillcrest 6/4 beginning at 3:00 pm, clean up 6/5 beginning at 6:00 am

It is not necessary to come to every meeting - all help is greatly appreciated.

Post Prom Pictures:  We need your Senior Student's photos from throughout their school years -  Class pictures, group pictures of school events and individual photos are needed.  Please make copies as they will not be returned.  If you'd like, you may include a description with your photos-information such as date, school and event are what we are looking for.  These pictures may be dropped off in the Senior Photo box in Mr. Pijar's office.

THS PTSA Needs You!

Attention Parents, Teachers and Students Please be sure to join the Trumbull High School PTSA. Your support enables us to provide many valuable programs and initiatives:  mini-grants, scholarships, post prom, and ace foundation support to name a few.  Please complete and return the membership form . The PTSA has an e-mail notification system, which is a free service if you are a PTSA member. The PTSA uses this system frequently during the school year to communicate school and other important information. When you become a PTSA member, please provide us with your e-mail address on the membership form so we can provide this service to you.

The THS PTSA offers many programs and events throughout the year that rely on the support of volunteers. It's not too late to become involved.  While our committee chairs are in place, we are always in need of volunteers to help run our various programs.  Please indicate your area of interest  - there are a variety of opportunities!.  We understand that your time is limited, so, any amount of time you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Parents, Please realize that if you are going to be volunteering in any capacity, you need to download the volunteer form and return it to your respective teacher/advisor.  Dr. Robert Tremaglio
