Trumbull High School Scholarship Bulletin

This bulletin (pdf) directs your attention to scholarships available now.  Some are based totally on need criteria, others primarily on grades or service.  The awards are for one to four years and seniors are eligible if they plan to further their education in a technical school, business school, or a two or four year college.

  • TICKETS for the Trumbull High School Musical, The Music Man, are now on sale in the THS main office from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Play dates are Thursday, March 18, at 7:30 p.m.., Friday, March 19, at 8:00 p.m., Saturday, March 20, at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 21, at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $12 and are available at the THS Main Office or at the door.   • Practice ACT Test - Saturday, March 20, 2010, 8:00am - 12:00pm (Snow Date: Saturday, March 27)

    $20 per THS student
    $25 per non-THS student

    Registraton Deadline: Thursday, March 12th - No walk-ins will be accepted See details... (pdf)

Summer School Criteria...
  • The requirement of a minimum standard being met before qualifying for admission.
  • The student must have a passing grade in at least 2 marking periods.
  • The student must have attended the particular class for 75% of the school year (or 135 days)
  • Summer school courses should be graded by letter/number grade, and will be factored into the student's gpa (qpa)
  • THS students should be registered in our own summer school unless the sought after coursework is not being offered here. 
  • House administrative approval will be necessary for out of district placement.
